Better begins now

Do you frequently feel overwhelmed?

Is overanalyzing stressing you out?

Has dread or fear held you back?

The effects of general anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, and phobia often keep a person from living the life they want to live.

Have you experienced feeling…?

  • Recurring and persistent dread
  • Uncontrollable worry
  • Panic
  • “On edge”
  • Irritable

Do you find yourself…?

  • Tired all the time
  • Struggling to concentrate
  • Unable to sleep well
  • Troubled by persistent unwanted thoughts
  • Carrying out rituals to prevent anxiety
  • Avoiding something specific because of a gripping fear

YOU HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE

About 31% of adults will experience an anxiety disorder in their lifetime. This means you are not alone in this struggle. It’s actually quite common. My name is Lillian Hood. I am a psychologist who works exclusively with individuals who are ready to overcome anxiety. For more than 10 years, I’ve been teaching people like you the tools to take back the power that anxiety has had over them.

You can learn skills and strategies that give you the power to move forward, so anxiety can’t boss you around anymore. You deserve the chance to experience this freedom.

Virtual Sessions Using Video Conferencing

I am located in Wilmington, NC and I conduct all consultations online using a secure video conferencing system.

This has been particularly useful to people with anxiety who tend to have hectic schedules between work, getting the kids to where they need to go and other responsibilities. Online sessions allow you to maintain the consistency needed to make progress and complete therapy despite all of that.
